- All’interno delle organizzazioni, sempre più manager si trovano a dover gestire team e persone appartenenti anche a quattro differenti generazioni: baby boomer, generazione X, millennial, generazione Z.
- In un paese in cui la forza lavoro è in continuo cambiamento e calo (secondo la Banca d’Italia entro il 2040 ci saranno 5,4 milioni di potenziali lavoratori in meno tra i 15 e i 64 anni), è necessario comprendere e compensare un possibile disallineamento a livello di necessità e obiettivi che variano in base alle diverse fasi della vita. Cosa possono le aziende per favorire un’armonia mantenendo la singolarità di ognuno?
- Affronteremo domande come: quali sono le difficoltà incontrate e superate (e non) rispetto alle diverse generazioni in azienda? Quali sono le Best Practice del presente e cosa implementare in futuro sia a livello di Recruiting che di inserimento e vita del dipendente? Rispetto a questo che ruolo ha la tecnologia?
