L’OMS per la prima volta nella storia ha raccomandato la formazione dei dirigenti e manager per sviluppare le loro capacità di prevenire gli ambienti di lavoro stressanti. Non è un caso: un recente studio evidenzia infatti che il 70% delle persone ritiene che i loro e le loro responsabili influiscono sulla propria salute psicologica al pari del o della propria partner, e più del proprio terapeuta. Future organizations ready to “heal the world”: il contributo di CEOforLIFE per la resilienza trasformativa del benessere delle persone
Negli ultimi anni, a seguito dell’emergenza Covid-19, è emersa con chiarezza la necessità di ridefinire secondo un nuovo modello di sostenibilità le strategie volte al perseguimento degli obiettivi di salute e benessere. In quest’ottica, le aziende stanno rimodulando i propri investimenti su progetti che si basano sempre di più sul concetto di “resilienza trasformativa” e sui principi di circolarità, olismo, One Health e inclusione.
Ricostruire in maniera innovativa il sistema della salute significa, infatti, favorire l’integrazione tra le tematiche sociali e sanitarie, lavorare sulla digitalizzazione della sanità anche in un’ottica di prevenzione e, più in generale, ripensare il welfare per superare le disuguaglianze e migliorare le condizioni di vita delle persone.
