Mazars è una realtà che sta crescendo molto velocemente in Italia sia a livello di business che di organico. Negli ultimi tre Fiscal Year, infatti siamo passati da circa 300 a più di 500 talenti, perseguendo una crescita a doppia cifra anche a livello di fatturato. La volontà di continuare questo trend ed attratte sempre più talenti, con l’obiettivo di arrivare in pochi anni a contare un organico di 1000 persone, ci ha portato ad interrogarci sulle modalità con cui proporci al mercato per aumentare la nostra brand awareness. La risposta, per noi, è stata realizzare dei contenuti multimediali che evidenziassero quello che davvero ci contraddistingue: i nostri valori e i feedback di chi questa realtà la vive giorno dopo giorno.
